What is the benefit of having my vehicle detailed?

Regular detailing is one of the most beneficial services you can have done to your vehicle.

When a pre-owned vehicle is put up for sale, its cosmetic appearance determines the value just as much as the mechanical condition or the mileage.

Regular cleaning and protection of the various components of your vehicle will help preserve the long-term value of your investment. We urge our customers to think of auto detailing as a maintenance routine similar to the mechanical service intervals recommended in the owner’s manual.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Next Level Mobile Detailing is fully licensed and insured. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Are Deposits Required?

All appointments require a 25% deposit as confirmation of scheduling and policy is as follows:
 
Greater than 72-hours | Deposit Refund Available
48-72 Hours | Full Deposit May Be Used to Reschedule Appointment
Less than 48-hours before scheduled appointment | No Refund or Credit of Deposit Available

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, cash or business check (no personal or starter checks accepted). Payment is due at time of service, payable directly to technician. Electronic Invoices are available for pre-payment prior to service.

Where can you complete the service?

All of our services are provided at our shop located in Kennesaw. We do also offer Mobile Service of our Level 1-3 Detail Packages for an additional $25 Convenience Fee, most commonly at your home or office. Our vans are completely self-contained, including water and power, so as long as we have room to work, we can detail your vehicle.

How long will the service take?

Typical appointment blocks for the shop are as follows:
  • Basic, Inside, Outside Details are scheduled as 1/2 Day Appointments
  • Full and Ultimate Details are scheduled as Full Day Appointments
  • Completion times vary by size of vehicle, condition of vehicle service selected.
As a general guide for mobile service:
 
  • Level 3: FULL Detail | 1.5-3 hours
  • Level 2: IN or OUT Detail | 1-3 hours
  • Level 1: BASIC Detail | 1-2 hours
​If you have your vehicle serviced at a commercial location – office park, parking deck, etc. your completion times may be extended for a variety of operational reasons. If you need your car completed by a certain time, please let us know when scheduling your appointment. 

What is your Mobile service area?

Our service area includes any location within a 30-mile drive (using Google Maps navigation) from 3235 Odeon Way, Suite 201 Kennesaw, GA 30152. For those who want the Next Level treatment but happen to live/work outside our service area, there is a surcharge of $3/mile for miles in excess of 30 miles from our shop.

 

Mobile Service Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather we may contact you to discuss availability of a covered work area or to reschedule. If you receive our confirmation email, you can expect our technician will arrive as scheduled.

What is your cancellation policy?

We value your time and hope you will respect ours as well. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
All appointments require a 25% deposit as confirmation of scheduling and policy is as follows:
Greater than 72-hours | Deposit Refund Available
48-72 Hours | Full Deposit May Be Used to Reschedule Appointment or 50% Refund of Deposit
24-48 hours | 50% Of Deposit May Be Allocated Towards Reschedule of Appointment, No Refund Available*
Less than 24-hours before scheduled appointment | No Refund or Credit of Deposit Available*
Mobile Service No-Show:
If you are not on site when the technician arrives, he/she will attempt to contact you by telephone. If more than 15 minutes pass with no contact, the technician will note the account as no-show and future mobile appointments will require pre-payment of services.
*All Deposit Refunds on Mobile Appointments Canceled within 48-hrs will be less the $25 Mobile Convenience Fee.

Do I need to remove all items from my vehicle?

We request that you remove all items from your vehicle prior to your appointment time. If the client does not remove items from the trunk/console/glove box, it is at the technician’s discretion to bag and set aside items or leave in vehicle where they were found. Next Level will remove child seats, however it will be the client’s responsibility to securely reinstall. Any valuables must be removed from the vehicle by the client and Next Level Mobile Detailing does not assume responsibility for client valuables left in the vehicle.

What types of vehicles do you detail?

We provide detailing services on any vehicle you may have. Cars, Trucks, SUVs, RVs, Boats, UTVs, Motorcycles and more. If you need any vehicle detailed, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will my technician arrive exactly at the appointment time?

Our goal is for our technicians to arrive exactly at the scheduled appointment time. Factors such as traffic delays or unforeseen job delays may delay your technician, but when your technician is on his way you will be notified and given an eta. Example: For a 9am appointment – the technician may arrive between 8:30 and 9:30. Please note that if we will delayed by more than an hour, you will have the option to reschedule without penalty.

Recommended detailing schedule:

Regular detailing is as important as mechanical maintenance to maintain the appearance and overall condition of your vehicle and retain your investment value. We recommend our ULTIMATE Detail once per year.
Depending on vehicle use we recommend the following maintenance schedules:
